Focus
Mr. White is an experienced trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in the area of complex civil litigation representing plaintiffs in catastrophic injury matters, the majority of which are medical malpractice or product liability cases.
Professional History
Prior to joining Silverman, Thompson, Slutkin & White, Mr. White was an associate at Miles & Stockbridge P.C. in Baltimore where he gained invaluable experience defending hospitals, physicians and major product manufacturers in both medical malpractice and product liability lawsuits.
Mr. White is a Cum Laude graduate of Case Western Reserve University’s School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of Barristers. He was the managing editor of the Case Western Reserve University Law Review, and the author of the published article, “No Where To Run, No Where To Hide: Augusto Pinochet, Universal Jurisdiction, the ICC and a Wake-Up Call For Former Heads-of-State", which was published in Volume 50 (Winter 1999) of the Case Western Reserve University Law Review. Mr. White also represented Case Western Reserve University School of Law as part of its National Moot Court Team in 1999-2000. During law school, Mr. White served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Patricia Hemann, Magistrate Judge, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
