Mr. Zissel concentrates his practice on civil litigation, primarily in the area of personal injury litigation.
Professional History
Prior to joining STSW, Mr. Zissel clerked for the Honorable Louis A. Becker of the Circuit Court for Howard County. Following his clerkship, he practiced civil litigation primarily as an insurance defense attorney.
Honors, Awards and Appointments
Mr. Zissel attended the University of Baltimore School of Law as a Dean’s Scholar. While in law school, he interned for the Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Maryland and the Maryland Attorney General’s Office. Additionally, Mr. Zissel was a member of Lawyers Campaign Against Hunger, Student Division.
